She was predeceased by: her parents, John Delbert and Mary Cooper Lemmel; and her husband Virgil L. Covell. She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy McGowan (Dan) of Normal, Illinois, Marsha Armbrust (Mike) of Bloomington, Illinois, Anne Mayes of Pontiac, Illinois and Kay Mattingly (Paul) of Olathe, Kansas; and her sister Gayla Terven of Bloomington, Illinois.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
