She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Feehan and Eleanor Grafelmann Feehan; and her husband Lyle E. Schempp. She is survived by: her children, Daryle Schempp (Stephanie), Darin Schempp (Cindy) and Dawn Weidhuner (Karl). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, Normal.
