He is survived by: his son Daniel (Theresa) of Bloomington; his nephew Roger (Betsy) of Ohio; his niece Joanne (Doug) of Massachusetts; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Wright of Heyworth and Kay Franz of Normal.

The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of donor's choice.
