He was predeceased by: his stepfather Ronald C. Morehead; and his nephew Justin Morehead. He is survived by: his parents, Earl Wayne and Molly Harms (Frisch); his sisters, Kim Harms, Stacy Morehead and Deborah Arndt (Karl); and his half-sisters, Ann Harrell and Jackie Rust.
