He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Tim Presnell and Danny Fixsal. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin M. Johnson of Nokomis and Nicole H. Johnson (Presnell); his siblings, Lyla Hoffert, Nathan Johnson, Kody Johnson and Spencer Johnson; and his grandparents, Tammy Morgason of Pana, Susan and Kevin Johnson of Taylorville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
