She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Peters and Faye Peters of Taylorville; her husband Darrel; and her siblings, Darrell, Roy, Jerry, Gene, Pheobe and Hope.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Edgecombe (Rick), Lee Heldebrandt (Gale), Sue Roberts (Terry), Jane Johnson (Morris), Cathy Walker (Norman Griffin), Charles Heldebrandt (Kim) and Amy Durbin (Jarod). She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren, twenty- eight great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home- Nokomis (200 E State St, Nokomis, IL 62075). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Nokomis Cemetery (20185 Nokomis Rd, Nokomis, IL 62075).
The family suggest donation to go to Nokomis FFA Chapter, Illinois 4-H foundation or Montgomery County Cancer Association.
