He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schweizer and Edna Schweizer (Engelhart); and his sister Wilma Hagemeier. He is survived by: his wife Delores Weber; his children, Cheryl Stanton (Jim) of Taylorville, Kathie Easterday (Marc) of Nokomis, Steven Schweizer (Jana) of Edwardsville, Mark Schweizer (Lisa) of Nokomis and Julie Johnson (Kurt) of Edwardsville; his siblings, Alberta Quattlander and Charles Schweizer; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Megan, Darla, Joni, Michael, Kari, Greg, Jeff, Kyle, Kassie, Krista, Kyra, Erik, Johanna and Jason. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
