Carroll (Nokomis, Illinois), born in Ramsey, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carroll and Clara Carroll (Jacobs); and his brothers, Nova, Ralph, Alva and LeRoy Carroll.
He is survived by: his daughter Vivki Fleming (David) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Joshua Fleming (Laura) of Coffeen and Shayla Staggs (Michael Glenn) of Springfield, IL; his great grandchild Brooklyn Fleming; and his brother William Lloyd Fleming of Vandalia.
