He is survived by: his wife Kay Cook of Nokomis, IL; his children, Kelli Hanley (Brian) of Moweaqua, IL, Shane Cook (Kristen Pearse) of Pana, IL, Tami Kirpes (Chris) of Texas and Michelle Busch (Jerry) of Texas; his grandchildren, Lanae, Skylar, Amelia Hanley, Levi Patterson, Austin, Nickalaus Kirpes, Jacob, Makayla and Zachary Busch; his brothers, Keith Cook (Lisa) of Missouri and Kevin Cook (Kathy) of Holiday Shores, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Havera (Cherie) of Nokomis, IL, Mary Ann Fox (Tony) of Nokomis, IL, Jim Havera (Tricia) of Nokomis, IL and Debbie Schulte (Terry) of Fillmore, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
