She is survived by: her father David W. Carroll; her children, Maggie J. Phegley of Louisville, KY, Erin M. Carroll of Louisville, KY and Josiah W. Patton of Nokomis; her sisters, Melissa Todd (Shawn Stevens) of Windsor, IL, Misty Combs of Nokomis and Amy Carroll of Nokomis; and her grandmother Betty Carroll of Coalton.
