She was predeceased by: her parents, Huber Foster and Evelyn Foster (Glick); and her spouse Rodell J. Carroll. She is survived by: her daughter Terri Hoertz of Savanna, IL.; her grandchildren, Sara Reuther (Tony) of Divernon, IL. and Matt Herpstreith (Erin) of Savanna, IL.; her great grandchildren, Lauren Reuther, Austin, Caleb and Addison Herpstreith; and her siblings, Dee Murphy of Pana and Roger Foster of Tower Hill.
