He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sisk and Shirley Sisk (Northcraft). He is survived by: his wife Julie Sisk of Nokomis, IL; and his children, Dalton Sisk of Nokomis, IL, Kody Sisk (Adrianna) of Taylorville, IL and Brandi Stines (Justin) of Irving, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one brother; five sisters and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
