She was predeceased by: her parent C. W. Fox. She is survived by: her mother Vickie Maedge (Umberger); her husband Thomas; her children, Craig Gonet (Brooke) of Nokomis and Nikki Kunkle (Cory) of Breese; her grandchildren, Sydney Engelhart, Kellene Engelhart, Jayden Gonet, Peyton Gonet and Claire Finely; her siblings, Tammy Blose (Randy), Kenneth Carlock (Kimberly) and Corey Fox (Amanda); and her stepmother Donna Liffick (Dan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Louis Catholic School.
