He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Earnest and Minerva Pflaum (Barnett); his wife Mary Lou Pflaum; his daughter Cindy O'Dell; and his grandson Adam McCormick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Pflaum (Doug Cassady) of Noble, Karla Ridgley of Fairfield and Sherry Hall (Trudy Wheat) of Florida. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
