He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Culver and Estelle Culver (Rost); and his sister Evelyn Culver. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Palmer; his children, Jeff Allen (Michelle) of Carmi, Valerie Diesser (Michael) of Noble and Tammy Slankard (Jim) of Olney; his grandchildren, Cody Allen (Nicole) of Evansville, Cortney Runyon (Daniel) of Noble, Nathan Diesser (Cortney) of Millersville, MO, Blake Diesser (Lauren) of Colorado Springs, CO, Alex Lenear (Hannah) of Olney, Adam, Jacob Slankard of Olney, Victoria Lenear of Olney and Kathryn Diesser of Noble; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Jackson Allen of Evansville, Ember Runyon of Noble, Aria Lenear of Olney and Forrest Diesser; his brother Max Culver (Ellen) of Bloomington, IL; and his brothers-in-law, Darrell Palmer (Lisa) and Dale Palmer (Mona Rae).
