He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Erma "Morris"; his wife Regina J. Taylor (Overton); his sister Jacque Scott; and his parents-in-law, Clarence (Tom) and Lois Overton.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Harrington (Don) of Louisville, Staci Walden of Olney, Shawn Yoho (Sherman) of Louisville and Kenneth Lewis of Colorado; his stepchildren, Gina Hutton (John) of Noble and Monty Taylor of Noble; his grandchildren, Jessica Phillips of Clay City, Emily Stice (Paul) of Watson, Austin Stinnett (Eva) of Prattville, Denine Rinehart of Louisville, Casey Rinehart (Warren Swinson) of Olney, Tori Gosnell (James) of Olney, Cody Yoho (Hillary) of Flora, Sierra Yoho of Flora, Evan Yoho of Louisville, Shawnee Atteberry (Shawn) of Flora, Hannah Taylor of Noble and Bryson Taylor of Clay City; and his brother Marty Lewis (Kris) of Bible Grove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
