It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Locke of Noble, Illinois, born in Olney, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver W. Applebey and Gwendolyn A. Applebey (Sager); her grandson Kevin Henson; and her great grandchild Noah Tracy. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Henson (Jerry) of Albion, Brent Tracy (Kelly) of Noble and Bradley Tracy (Melany) of Noble; her grandchildren, Heather Borowiak (Emil), Amy Kensler (Blake), Matthew Henson, Ashley Tracy, Derick Tracy, Tyler Tracy, Faith Ashbaugh (Josh), Jacob Prochazka (Anastasia) and Ethan Tracy; and her brother Ed Applebey (Pat) of West Salem. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
