It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Junkins (Noble, Illinois), born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Mullen and Ruth Mullen. She is survived by: her sons, Jay Sheffield Libby (Kathleen) and Mark Sheffield Madison (Suzie); her grandchildren, Michael (Kathryn), Hunter (Rachel) and Allison; and her great grandchild Manning.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers or gifts can be made on her behalf to Pinehaven Christian Children's Ranch in Saint Ignatius, Montana.
