He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Weiss and Janet Padgett (Prosser); his grandparents, Martin and Marguerite Prosser; his stepfather Harold "Smokey" Padgett; and his brothers-in-law, Corey and Danny Joe Provine.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Provine; his son Michael Clark (Jessica); his grandchildren, Trevor Clark, Morgan Clark, Meadow Scott (Miller), Gage Scott (Miller) and Savannah Scott; his sister Rita McCormack (Todd); his brother-in-law Tim Provine; his pet Onyx; and also Jesse Weiss (Judy Anderson). He is also survived by his family, neighbors, and friends.
