She was predeceased by: her parents, Perley Arthur and Mary Louise Forrest (Williams); her husband Frank Olin Lathrop; and her son-in-law Robert Waxler. She is survived by: her brother Pat; her children, Elva Waxler, Charlotte Peach (Richard), Linda Douglas (Stephen) and Kurtis Lathrop; her grandchildren, Michelle Peach Lang (Corey), Gary Waxler (Lekendra), Richard Peach and Rebecca Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Peach, Sadie Lang, Vivian Lang and Zachariah Waxler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
