He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Fulk and Charlene Fulk (Fryman); his wife Nancy Wiseman; his niece Tonya Persinger; his grandson Jay Klingler; and his sons-in-law, Steven Hayes and Mark Sullivan.
He is survived by: his brother Bob Fulk (Reva) of Noble; his daughters, Daythia Fulk of Noble, Leandra Sullivan of Boonville, Indiana, Kayla Hayes of Dundas and Michele Walker of Dundas; and his nephew Clint Fulk of Noble. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great nephews.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
