It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Goodwin of Nilwood, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Goodwin and Loretta Goodwin (Stogsdill); his stepfather Alva "Shorty" Hunter; and his siblings, Bill Goodwin, Charles Goodwin, Anna Goodwin and Mary Goodwin.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Crocker; his pet Layla Loo; and his siblings, Darrell Goodwin (Jackie) of Mt. Olive, IL, Dennis "Buggs" Goodwin of Carlinville, IL and Betty Clevenger of Carlinville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
