He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Harms and Rhonda Harms (Smith) of Carlinville; his sister Deidre Rogers (Jerome, Jr.) of O'Fallon, IL; his nieces and nephews, Arianna, Aaliyah, Jerome III and Christian Rogers; his grandmother Flo Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Keith Harms (Gale), Karen Osmoe (Bob), Marsha Wright (Steve), Randy Smith and Rodney Smith (Melissa).
