She was predeceased by: her husband Jozef; her children, Halina Rodeweld (Ronald) and Adam Kolodziejczyk (Margaret); and her siblings, Franciszek Luberda (Apolonia), Rozalia Zamarlo (Jan), Maria Gorka (Kazimierz), Helena Pieniazkiewicz (Leon), Wiktoria Karbowski (Anatol) and Jan Luberda.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Smyk (Gene) and Casey, Sr. Kolodziejczyk (Debbie); her grandchildren, Robert Smyk (Nicole), Michael Smyk, Erik Rodeweld, Amy Oziemblo (Andrew), Jennifer Slotwinski (Steven), Eric Kolodziejczyk (Heidi), Christina and Casey, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mikaela "Cameron" (Eli), Aurora, Nicole, Arcana, Jeffrey, Hunter, Logan, Annabelle, Angelica, Natalie, Jonathan, Ella and Adam.
