He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil and Michalina; and his sister Alina Glinski of Zakopane's Tatra Mountains. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Jacek Korczynski, Monica Korczynski (John Petrocci), Beata Korczynski (Adam Olender), Dziadza of Maya Olender and Lukasz Petrocci; and his sister-in-law Barbara Cygankiewicz-Wojcik (late Gustaw Wojcik).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A wake was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A prayer was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 11:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul of the Cross Church (320 S Washington St, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
