He is survived by: his children, Jim Papaioannou and Eva Peterhansen (Bill); his grandchildren, Will, Effie and Alexander; his siblings, Anastasia Illioupoulos (late Christos), George Papagiannis (Voula) and Tom Papagiannis (Angie); and his brothers-in-law, Ted Spanos (Donna) and Pete Spanos (Nancy).
