She is survived by: her husband Frank Sr.; her children, Yvonne Clark (late Ken), Yvette Czoch and Frank Czoch Jr.; her grandchildren, Neal Huerta Jr. (Mindy), Nicholas Huerta (Dominique), Crystal Clark, Shannon Jackson (Mike) and Tiffany Czoch; her siblings, Thomas Mann and Sherry Boren; and her daughters, Dora (Phil Mann) and Sister Patricia Collins.
