He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Adamczyk; his children, Peter Adamczyk (Okkyung) and Kathleen Harold (Ryan); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Marcus Adamczyk, Ava and Owen Harold; and his siblings, Joyce Fornek, James Adamczyk (Cathy), Marian Betley (Allan) and Steven Adamczyk (Liz).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of All Saints Basilica (6280 N Sauganash Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
