He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Maximillian Urban (Gloria) and Bernice Marie Urban; his son Marty Perry; his brother Richard; and his granddaughter Angeline.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ann Miletich; his children, Philip Edward, Pamela Denise, Priscilla Ann, Pauline Marie, Bryan Paul and Pam; and his grandchildren, Carrie, Philip, Jeffery, James, Tracy, Pauline, Tiffany, Mark, Paul, Kyle, Krystal, Amie, Dakotah, Sarah and Lydiah. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
