He is survived by: his parents, Greg and Grazyna; his grandparent Leokadia; his aunts and uncles, Jolanta Mystokowski (Wieslaw), Zdzislawa Klodnicki (Marian), Barbara Dzieuczuk (Stanislaw) and Jadwiga Klusek (Stanislaw); and his cousins, Matthew, Ewa, Darek, Artur and Monika.
