He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine O'Malley; and his siblings, Jerome (Kathy), Melody Giancola (Joseph), Bernadette O'Malley and George Wagner, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Reinertsen (Mike) and Shelli-Ann Testa (Salvatore "Sam"); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Nicholas and John; his great grandchildren, Faith, Brice, Aiden, Caleb, Killian, Collin, Brooke, Hannah, Margaret and Julia; and his siblings, Delight Cotton, Mary Pullega (late Deriul) and Malley.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Patrick's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital appreciated.
