She was predeceased by: her son James "Jim" Perillo; her sister Arlene Cassidy (late Ron); and her sister-in-law Ann Lynch (late Craig). She is survived by: her spouse Pat Perillo; her daughters, Patti Nier (Scott) and Julie Fischer (Steve Safranski); her grandchildren, Travis Nier, Jessica Franck (Derek), Nicholas Fischer Augustin (Kelsie), Fischer and Austin Safranski (Annie); and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Franck, Finn Franck and Maddie Safranski.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
