She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Cook; her brother Richard Schulz; and her parents, Rose Schulz and Richard Schulz. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Dziukala (Ted), Bill Cook (Carol) and Lisa Cook (Laura Mason); her grandchildren, Kasey Adkins (Boe), Karly Pintado (Jesus), Kristy Dziukala (Kyle Hartlan), Kenny Dziukala, Tommy Cook and Steven Cook; her great grandchild Calvin; and her close friend Otto Sitter.
