He was predeceased by: his parents, Zofia and Jan; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Krzysztof (Grazyna) and Renata (Mark); and his nieces and nephews, Agnieszka Gadowski (Adrian), Justine Kaminski (Greg), Jakub Guziak, Julia Czerwik and Jessica Guziak.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Brebeuf Church (8307 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
