She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Kalkowski; her grandson Michael Kalkowski; and her siblings, Nettie Sliwa (Edward), Wanda Sikorski (Edward), Florence Rokoszewski (Rocky), John Lesniak (Harriet), Walter Lesniak (Rosie) and Hank Lesniak (Marie).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Sperindeo (Pat) and Eugene Kalkowski (Adela); her grandchildren, Joseph Kalkowski (Chelsea), Matthew Kalkowski (Beatriz) and Grace Kalkowski; and her great grandchild Alexander Kalkowski.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Brebeuf Church (8307 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
