James A. Croteau Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James A. Croteau of Niles, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Georgene; his sister Mary-Ellen; and his parents, Thomas Croteau and Catherine Croteau. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Tamara), David (Catherine), James and Vincent; and his siblings, Philip, Thomas, Robert, Guy, Suzanne, Therese, Julie and Catherine. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Ransom Church (8300 N Greenwood Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
