Though Harry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. and Irene; and his girlfriend Priscilla Samorez (Pam). He is survived by: his sister Ann M. Harnisch (John); his nieces, Aimee Maugherman (Michael) and Elizabeth Harnisch; and his great-nephew Christopher Grandy (Danielle).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, Park Ridge IL, Chicago Botanic Garden, or PAWS (pawschicago.org).
