She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Burghardt; and her sisters, Maria Hedrich (late Fred) and Katie Messing (late Jack). She is survived by: her sons, Michael R. Burghardt and Eric H. Burghardt (Helene); her grandchildren, Stacy Brumley (Paul), Ellie Burghardt and Alex Burghardt; and her great grandchildren, Jude, Simon and Jaden.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Rosehill Cemetery (5800 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60660).
