He was predeceased by: his wife Betty M.. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Meier (John); his grandchildren, Lynn Hodgson (Charles) and Susan Kustusch (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Rory, Theodore Kustusch, Nicole and Hope Hodgson; his niece Lynda Poulsen; and his caregiver Pipo Orias.
