With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Jerzyk (Niles, Illinois), who passed away on June 11, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Adeline; and her siblings, Dorothy, Eugene (MaryAnn), John (late Edith) and Florian.

She is survived by: her brother Leonard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A service will be held in the cemetery Interment Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Please omit flowers.
