Demetri L. Makris Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Demetri L. Makris (Niles, Illinois), who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Elena De Angelo (late Frank) and Juliet Miller (late Keith); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Elodia, Matthew De Angelo, Colton and Shelby Miller; his great grandchild Vanessa; his sibling Evangelia Galatsianos (Theodore); and his nieces and nephews, Kosta Galatsianos (Maria) and Alexandra Papadopoulos (John). He was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church appreciated.
