He was predeceased by: his parents, Simfrosa Rafanan and Mariano Rafanan; and his siblings, Anquilina Rafanan and Victoria Raguindin. He is survived by: his family English; his spouse Anunciacion Rafanan; his daughters, Enriqueta Gomez (Dennis), Dina Rabena (Bernard) and Elizabeth Apostol (Jhong); his granddaughters, Danielle Gomez, Denise Gomez and Kimberly Anne Rafanan Rabena; and his siblings, Olympia Rafanan and Macario Rafanan.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Brebeuf Church (8307 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
