Bridget Josephine Skowronski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bridget Josephine Skowronski of Niles, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Edward Kapuscinski and Leonard Skowronski. She is survived by: her children, James Kapuscinski, Ken Kapuscinski (Chris), Janet Borghi and Carol Zavacki (Jim); her grandchildren, Lisa Alan (Chad), Jimmy Zavacki, Joe Borghi (Kara) and Rebecca Borghi; her siblings, John Rodgers (late Jean), Peter Rodgers (late Maryann), Philip Rodgers (late Roberta), Mildred Zingarelli (Vince) and Annie Getz (late James); and also, James Rodgers, Charles Rodgers (Irene), Catherine Neumann, Nora Forchione (Tony), Grace Hyland (Richard), Emmett (Saralee) and Mary O'Brien (Bo).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home of Niles (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (4646 N Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60630). A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
