It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Margaret Foster of Niles, Illinois, born in Paris, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman P. Yates (James Foster) and Luella G. Yates; her former husband James F. Foster; and her siblings, Fern L. Yates, Lyman Yates, Paul Yates and Richard Yates.
She is survived by: her son Charles A. Carr (Judith); her grandson Michael A. Hollen (Breanne Miller); and her great grandchildren, Antoinette "Nettie" Miller-Hollen and Antoinette Marie Miller-Hollen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
