She is survived by: her children, Celina Adam (Jerzy), Wieslawa Grabiec and Alexandra Muranowicz (Slawomir); her grandsons, Robert "Nicky" Adam, Daniel Adam (Ashley) and Brian Muranowicz; and her great grandchild Cecylia Aleksandra.
