With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Dean Walker of Niantic, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Haven Walker and Ruth Walker (Chenoweth); and his siblings, William "Red" Walker, Haven "Shorty" Walker Jr., Joe Walker and Betty Tolladay.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Berbaum of Niantic, IL; his sons, Brian K. Walker (Lorrie) of Geneva, IL and Steven R. Walker (Tanya) of Springfield, IL; his siblings, Roy C. Walker of Decatur, IL, Alice Bray of Decatur, IL and Maybelle J. Williams of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Colton Walker (Katie), Jeslynn Ancona (Justin), Jake Ballenger (Abby), Anna Ballenger, Tyler Walker (Elise), Chase Walker (Lynzey) and Grace Roberts (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Micah, Wyatt, Olivia, Charlie Ann, Owen and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
