We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2021, at the age of 80, Mary Ellen Woods of Newton, Illinois, born in Robinson, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Eugene and Ruth Jane Barrick (Goff); her children, Robert Lee Nading, Cynthia Jean Kirk and Billie Dawn Williams; her granddaughter Dorothy Stork; and her sister Ladonna Jean Tidwell.
She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Woods of Newton; her daughters, Mary Joann Jefferson (Steve) of Troy, Missouri, Lisa Marie Shook (Mark) of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Bertha June "Bert" Jones (Tim) of Newton, Illinois, Ruth Rana Howe of Newton and Katrina Michelle Thornton (Johnny) of Marion, Indiana.; her brother Ralph Wayne Barrick (Joyce) of Robinson; and her brother-in-law Robert Tidwell of Palestine. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
