She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kirby and Lois Kirby (Jones); her husband William Leroy "Babe" Martin; her brother H. E. Kirby; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Curtright (Pedro), Jack Martin (Barb) and Ed Martin (Nadine).
She is survived by: her children, Tami Martin of Silver Spring, Maryland and Brad Martin (Janet) of Centreville; her grandson Ryan Martin of Centreville, Maryland; and her sister Velma Strawhun (Lee) of Mt. Dora. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In loving memory of Hazel, memorials may be made to the Jasper County Boy's and Girl's Park or Arbor Rose Activity Fund.
