He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bond and Dorothy Bond (Maples); his grandsons, Robert and Jehu Miller; his siblings, Bill Bond (Midge), Betty Arnone and Anna May Kerner (E. E. "Botsy"); his parents-in-law, George and Mary Hipper; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hippler and Donna Hippler.

He is survived by: his wife Agnes Ann Bond of Newton, Illinois; his children, Cynthia Miller of Newton and James Bond (Jodi) of Chauncey, Illinois; his grandchildren, Mary Alice Cochran (Zachary) of Newton and Jesse Bond (Amanda) of Willow Hill; his brother-in-law Richard Hippler (Betty) of Casey, Illinois; and his aunt Wanda Matson of Newton. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.

In loving memory of Dean, memorials may be made to the C.A.N. Memorial Foundation for Autism.
