She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kenneth and Thelma Elizabeth Ward (Wilson); and her siblings, Earl Ward, James Ward and Sharon Einhorn.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Toliver of Newton, Illinois.; her children, Mary Houck (David) of Effingham, Illinois, Brent Toliver of Toluca, Illinois, Kelly Jackson of Newton, Illinois and Stacy Weaver (Elsie) of Carthage, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Matthew Einhorn, Joshua Houck, Ashley Reese, Chelsey Weeks, Kaleb Jackson, Kyle Weaver, Sierra Weaver and Jayla Weaver; and her siblings, Dale Ward (Marilyn) of Mattoon, Illinois, Roena Dart of Carlinville, Illinois and Marsha Cochran (Rodney) of Newton.
In loving memory of Dee, memorials may be made to the Come Alive Minister CAM Pregnancy Care Center of Winder, Georgia and can be mailed to the Toliver Family 603 West Marion Street, Newton, Illinois 62448.
